Free or Reduced Meal Applications:

Applications from last school year will carry over until the first week of October. During this time please fill out a new application to update your benefits. A new application needs to be filled out each year. After the first week of October all applications not renewed will be switched to paid meals. You may fill out applications at any time throughout the year. Information and the application as well as the Online Free & Reduced App (NEW) can be found in the Food Service Information section of this site or at any of the schools. If you have any questions, please contact our Food Service Director.

Receiving SNAP or TANF benefits? If you receive these food assistance services you will automatically qualify however you may want to call to make sure.

What's a Meal?

The meal prices are set for the purchases of a meal. A student must take at least 3 food groups and one must be a fruit or vegetable.

A meal at the elementary level is the main meal option, anything off the fruit and veggie bar and a milk/juice. Elementary lunches will not have any extra items for purchase. Students bringing lunch from home may purchase a milk and must bring all paper products and utensils with them.

A meal at the middle school is the main meal or the sandwich/salad bar option, anything off the fruit and veggie bar and a milk/juice. The middle school does have a la carte (extra items) and novelties available as well as doubles that do cost extra.

A meal at the high school is the Main Meal line, the Sandwich line, the GovGreens salad bar or the Bistro Box meal, with anything off the fruit and veggie bar and a milk/juice. The high school also has a la carte (extra items), novelties and doubles that do cost extra.

Infinite Campus Food Service

Parents are now able to manage their child's food service account through Infinite Campus Parent Portal. New this year, parents are able to create an eCheck payment method. The ACH fees for eChecks are significantly lower than credit card transaction fees. The district will continue to pay all transaction fees this school year, however, we do strongly encourage families to utilize the eCheck payment option to help keep Food Service costs low and to enable us the ability to continue avoiding passing those transaction fees on to families in the future.

The following instructions will provide you with the basics on how to view food service balances, set up low balance notifications, make payments, and set up recurring payments. One can also find a video tutorial walking you through these steps HERE.

Log into Infinite Campus Parent Portal. From the Home page you will be able to see the current Food Service Balance for each of your children. If you select a child, you will then see some enrollment information, along with their Food Service PIN which they will key in when going through the lunch line. Food Service Balances have been rolled forward from last school year. Balances were exported out of EZSchoolPay at the end of the 24-25 school year and imported into Infinite Campus.
Select My Accounts from the right side of the Home page. From the mobile app you will find the My Accounts icon to the right of the shopping cart icon at the top of the Home page.
Select Payment Methods, and then select New at the bottom of the page. You can give your payment method a name, and choose to set it as the default payment method. Select the payment method type, populate the required fields, and then select the Save button. You can add in multiple payment methods, but again we encourage families to use and set eCheck as their default payment method.
Once you have your payment method(s) created, back out to the Manage Accounts page and select Recurring Payments. Select View to the right of Food Service. From here you can create recurring payments, or automatic payments in the event of a low balance. Be sure to select Save after completing the required fields.
From the portal Home page, select the User Menu (person icon in the upper right corner of the page), and select Settings. Then select Notification Settings. From this screen you can choose to receive low lunch balance notifications. Simply adjust the slider to the desired dollar amount in which you would like to be notified once your child's account is at or below that amount. You will receive an automated notification from Infinite Campus.
From the left Main Menu, select Food Service. Select the Pay button. Type in the dollar amount you would like to add to your child's Food Service Account (you can add funds to multiple accounts at the same time). Select the Add to Cart. Then select My Cart from the right side of the page. Verify the transaction. Verify your payment method. From here you can also add a new payment method. Then select Submit Payment.
From the Home page, again select My Accounts from the right side of the page. Select Payment History. From here you can view all transactions. You may need to adjust the search range for the default is set at Last 7 Days. Select the drop down and choose the desired search range.
